Upon completion of your examination, Dr. Wood will develop a Personal Treatment Plan.
Your Treatment Plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
We offer the following payment options:
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover
- Financing through CareCredit carecredit.com
- 5% discount for payment in full with cash at time of service (over $200)
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Insurance
We accept any insurance that lets you see the dentist of your choice. As a service to you we will submit all insurance claims to your insurance. We will help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
